Complete Groundworks Package for 46 New Homes

Byrne Contractors was appointed by Esquire Developments to deliver the complete groundworks and civil engineering package at Farriers Green, a 46-home residential development in Rainham, Kent.

Starting on site in 2024, our team remained involved throughout the development, taking the project from the initial infrastructure and substructure works through to the final external finishes ahead of completion in 2026.

Our scope included the construction of the site roads and sewers, Section 278 highway works, foundations, substructures and complete foul and surface water drainage systems.

As the development progressed, our teams continued through the external works and finishing stages, completing patios, footpaths, kerbing, block paving, driveways, topsoiling and associated landscaping preparation.
