Project Overview
Byrne Contractors Ltd was appointed by Esquire Developments to deliver the complete groundworks and civil engineering package at The Bluebells, a residential development located on Hermitage Lane in Maidstone, Kent.
Our works encompassed all aspects of the groundworks, from initial site preparation and earthworks through to foundations, substructures, drainage, utilities infrastructure and external finishing works.
A key element of the project was the construction of a substantial foul water pumping station, providing essential drainage infrastructure to serve the development. This required careful planning, coordination and specialist civil engineering expertise.
As construction progressed, our team undertook the associated roads, footpaths, hard landscaping and final external works, including paving, patios and topsoil preparation.
Working closely with Esquire Developments throughout the project, we delivered a comprehensive groundworks package, demonstrating our ability to manage complex infrastructure alongside residential construction.
